At Brain2Brain (B2B), our vision is a world where the burdens of Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) are eased, and hope shines brighter for patients, their families, and caregivers. We envision a future where no one facing GBM walks alone, where resources, knowledge, and support flow freely, and where the journey is made more bearable through compassionate community.
MISSION
- Brain2Brain’s mission is to provide support, education, resources and community to people living with GBM, as well as their friends, families and caregivers
- B2B also supports ongoing and emerging scientific research efforts for GBM.
OUR WORK
- Our focus is on providing a supportive, compassionate, and understanding community to those touched by GBM. We offer resources, education, and a network of individuals who share their experiences and insights. In this journey, no one is alone.
- Brain2Brain is also dedicated to supporting ongoing and emerging scientific research efforts for GBM. We believe that progress in treating and understanding this complex disease comes from a combination of compassionate care and advancing our knowledge.
OUR STORY
Brain2Brain (B2B) is a nonprofit initiative committed to raising awareness and providing support to individuals diagnosed with glioblastoma brain cancer (GBM). Founded as a 501(c)(3) organization by Poonam (Pam) Date Chong, Brain2Brain draws inspiration from the courageous journey of Pam’s son, Rory, who succumbed to GBM on November 20, 2017. Inspired by her son and by the bravery and determination exhibited by millions of individuals worldwide battling glioblastoma, Pam founded B2B to provide support and resources for patients and their families, raise awareness about the disease and ultimately to find a treatment for GBM.
At Brain2Brain, we provide a range of support services to improve the quality of life for GBM patients and their families. Our offerings include access to the latest GBM research and information, a supportive community network for patients to share their experiences, and resources to help families understand the disease and offer emotional support to their loved ones.
We invite you to join us in our mission to assist those affected by glioblastoma. You can become a part of Brain2Brain by signing up for news and updates or by making a donation. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of GBM patients and work towards a brighter future.
